We use 365 flowers to make five jars of Dandelion Confit.

Why 365? To celebrate the 365 suns that have risen and set since last yearโ€™s spring.

Dandelion nectar is as bright as the sun and tastes as sweet as wild honey. It is simply spring in a jar.

Traditional Partners: bread and butter, rye bread and chรจvre

Unexpected Partners: foie gras, as a sweetener with herbal tea
