Plum Coquette is my favourite autumn jam. Tart and sweet black plums melt beautifully with pure vanilla extract,  brandy and spicy fresh bay leaves.

Pairings

Traditional Partners: buttered whole grain bread, goat cheese, gruyère cheese

Unexpected Partners: jam-filled doughnuts, add a spoonful to salad dressing with balsamic vinegar over arugula
