Rhubarb in Bloom is made with the first rhubarb of the season that bursts out of the still-cold earth. Few drops of French wild rose water are added, making this jam shine like the first day of spring.

Unexpected Partners: crème fraîche , cinnamon and walnut served over fresh strawberries
